Projects GAF - Developed a company wide e-Learning plan to support and facilitate the transition to an e-Learning based training curriculum. Developed and design first e-Learning course, managed and instituted a set of best practices for internal e-Learning development. Compass worked with senior management and information technology group. St. Barnabas Health Care System - Designed and developed classroom curriculum on HIPAA Security with leader’s guide for delivery and facilitation; recruited and trained instructors. Compass trained over 1,000 employees in four week period. NaviSys - a technology company that develops software for life insurance and annuity providers which streamlines application, illustration, underwriting and the administration processes. Compass conducted an audit and assessment of current training programs and practices to help the company transition to an e-Learning based curriculum. Designed and developed e-Learning pilot program for a customer management software system for the life insurance industry. Compass worked with senior management on the development and implementation of e-Learning within the company. Aventis - Developed self-paced web-based tutorial program on propriety software system that fosters coordination, real time updates and information sharing among research and development scientist in early stage drug discovery. Coldwell Banker - Project managed and produced a series nine soft-skills video training programs for real estate brokers and agents. Designed interactive user interface for in field use by over 50,000 real estate sales agents. Compass managed the video production, script supervision and talent audition. Century 21 Real Estate - Designed interactive user interface, scripted and produced interactive video CD training program consisting of eight soft-skills training programs for in field use by over 100,000 real estate sakes agents. Compass managed the video production and designed interactive user interface. Sony Electronics - Designed and developed a self-paced web-based training curriculum for Sony Electronics, which enabled managers to comply with a new set of policies and procedures for the handling and collection of consumer data. Created a unique and user friendly blend of media, text and graphics that facilitated an effective on-line learning environment. Course saved the company approximately $1 million in lost opportunity costs. Compass worked with MIS department in evaluating and selecting delivery platforms including both LMS and LCMS. US Army - Conceived, developed, produced, designed user interface and scripted and interactive CD program on Future Combat Systems for US Army. Information program aimed at Department of Defense Senior Management and appropriate Congressional Committees to update them on field tests being conducted by Army special operations development team. CD allowed the viewer to access in field-testing scenarios. |
